Cutting Machine--- cut the material into pieces according to the customized specification
Bending Machine--- Bend the cutting pieces into uprights and beams, shelves
Stamping Machine--- Stamp the holes on the upright
Panasonic Welding Robot--- Weld the beams with hanger on the both sides

Advanced Coating Line:
Surface Process--- rust-moving, degreasing, phosphorescing, drying before powder coating
Powder Coating--- static painting the products surface and then drying

After the production completing, we will take a series of tests to ensure the quality.

Weatherproof and bumping-proof package is applied to the finished products before delivered from factory, to ensure production of shelves & racks safe and protected in transportation.
